Yes! With the proper lotion and protective eyewear, tanning beds are considered safe. Our salon only uses the safest and highest quality tanning beds that have been Health Canada approved to ensure your safety.
The maximum recommended time for any one session is 15 minutes, but this depends on the individual's skin type. Our staff will be able to advise you on how long each session should be depending on the bed, your skin tone and aesthetic goals.
At Sun-Quest Tanning & Medial Spa we recommend using the tanning beds 2-3 times per week to build colour. Once you have achieved your desired tan, we recommend coming 1-2 times per week as maintenance sessions.
