Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we’re happy to help—we simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

New Clients
A $50 deposit is required to secure your first appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your treatment or any retail purchase made on the day of your visit.
If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

Returning Clients
After your initial visit, a $50 cancellation fee will apply to appointments that are:
●Cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice
●Missed without notice (no-show)

This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other clients and ensures our practitioners’ time is respected.
