Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change suddenly. That's why we want to make sure our clients have the flexibility they need by allowing them to cancel or reschedule their appointments, so long as they provide at least 24 hours' notice. 

We want you to feel secure and confident knowing that if something comes up, your appointment is taken care of! So don't hesitate to reach out and let us know if anything needs to be changed or adjusted. We look forward to taking care of you!

When Booking an appointment you will be required to put a card on file Your card will NOT be charged unless you do not show up to your scheduled appointment or do not reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Clients who provide less then 24 hours notice or do not show up to the appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00 to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding.
