Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we’re happy to help—we simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

New Clients
A $50 deposit is required to secure your first appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your treatment or any retail purchase made on the day of your visit.
If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

Returning Clients
After your initial visit, a $50 cancellation fee will apply to appointments that are:
●Cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice
●Missed without notice (no-show)

This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other clients and ensures our practitioners’ time is respected.

What should I wear to my appointment?

For spray tans, laser hair removal and fat dissolving injections, we recommend loose-fitting, dark-coloured clothing is recommended. 

How far in advance should I book for Injectables and Laser Services?

Our nurse and laser tech work extended hours to ensure we are able to accommodate your schedule. Busy seasons are from March-May and September-December. During these times please book atleast 1 week in advance to ensure a time slot. For the other months we will usually have an appointment as early as a few days! Please contact us if your need special accommodations for appointment times. 

Are your services safe?

We take safety seriously and follow all necessary protocols and regulations to ensure the safety of our clients. We use high-quality products and equipment and train our staff to provide safe and effective services. All of our products/services are FDA/Health Canada approved.
